The purpose of the Salisbury Paramedic Foundation is to support opportunities which provide resources, expertise, governance, credentialing and research that will directly impact the Salisbury Fire Department and its community.
The two $1,000 scholarships support students enrolled in Wor-Wic Community College’s paramedic or emergency medical services programs. Vincent Esposito and MaryEllen Hocker, earned the Captain Bryan Lewis Memorial Scholarship and will be carrying on his legacy in the EMT/paramedic field.
The annual fundraiser is held at the Salisbury City Park
The City Park is just the first recipient in our Public Access AED Station Initiative. Our goal is to install 50 public access AEDs throughout the City of Salisbury and Wicomico County.
